It would be nice if, on the character screen, you could just click Go Agane for your dead character and it resets it back to as though you had just made it, but:
- there’s no chance you’ll lose your name while remaking your toon;
- you keep your character’s friend list and stay on other characters’ friends lists;
- you’re still in the same guild with the same rank;
- you don’t have to set all your interface options again;
- you don’t have to recreate all your character macros; and,
- you don’t have to set up all your add-ons which don’t support profiles again.
I know it’s quite late to be asking for this, but better late than never!

definitely something that should be in official hc servers.
and something like, editing how a video game works, especially a live service one that already receives constant updates. its not too late to ask for anything. improbable sure but i like the idea and i think its now something ive added to my minimum requirements for hc type games.
im hoping they do something like, remake EK & Kalimdor. maybe dracthyr could travel through time and experience the “content” of original WoW. so dragonflight type game design, but vanilla map / story.
I think the button would be nice and people would enjoy it a lot.
