EDIT 2: The title is back. I had restored the old folders and left the game alone for over an hour so I have no idea what caused the issue or what resolved it. But this thread can be closed. Hopefully it doesn’t disappear again

I have a slightly different problem with the Fearless Spectator title than what I’ve seen posted.
I watched on Saturday the 16th, got the achievement (looking at it right now), checked to see if I had the title when the achievement flashed (I did), briefly switched to the title on this character to see if everything was working (it was), changed back to my original title and logged off this character to play on another one.
Today I logged in and wanted to use the title on a different character. It wasn’t listed. I thought maybe it was level restricted so I logged into this character - and it’s not listed under titles for her either. I checked 6 or 7 other characters ranging from lv 39-60 and not listed on them either.
So I have the achievement but no longer have the title. I’m not sure if this is just a bug (please move to bug forum if that is a better place for this) or if I need to do something else. Thanks for any help you can provide!
EDIT: Moving this to Bug Report forum since I tried Perl’s suggestion of doing a Full UI Reset (I skipped the other suggestion since I have no idea what the filter toggle for titles is and could not find it under interface tab or title tab). The title is still missing even after the UI reset.

There are a couple of things you can do to try and troubleshoot the issue. First, I would play with the filter toggles for the titles. See if something may be un-checked.
If that doesn’t do it, you might want to give a Full UI Reset a go. It could just be a glitch in the UI.
If that doesn’t do it, then you can always click on the edit option for your first post there and you can move this over to the Bug Report forum too 
Here’s hoping one of those two things fixes it for you though!

The title was there for me a couple days ago on all characters and now it has disappeared on all characters. I have seen others report that the title is missing so it is not isolated to just you.

The title is missing for me on my EU account but I have the achievement still as well.
My guess is this is related to the issue where sometimes store items like the Wendigo Woolies Blizzcon transmog go missing but they reappear later on.

the title is gone for me today on my NA account. i have the achievement and was just using the title yesterday. Today it is gone from the list and i cant seem to find it anywhere. a UI reset or disabling add-ons DID NOT work.
seems like the title just came back today again.
Title still missing but I still have the achieve.
I keep losing it everytime I mount or change zones, I lose it a lot when I use a dragonriding mount, or go into comp stomp
In the last week or so I have repeatedly seen messages in the chat window that I have lost the title Fearless Spectator when I switch characters. Sometimes it is restored a few minutes later with another chat message saying I have earned the title. Most of the time it isn’t. The achievement has been present the entire time. This is definitely still an issue. The title is not currently in my list of selectable titles.
this is going on for days for me and I did a ui reset and did not fix it … This has been a issue for about a year for some I have see post about other titles doing the same but for me it’s just this one Hope they fix it 
its a title I love to use a lot.
