Fear focus macro

Hi, I was trying to create a macro that when I press shift it will cast fear on my focus and cast fear on my target if not pressing shift

#showtooltip
/cast [nomod] Fear
/cast [mod:shift,@focus] Fear

but its not working…also a mouseover statement would be nice too if I have no target

Hey! I’d highly recommend 3 of them with arena targets instead. I have 3 on my bars and that lets me control different people in a game depending on the situation. It takes time to get used to and is solid for all arenas. In regular games the arena 1 target button serves as a general fear.

Like the previous person said just make Arena 1 2 3 macros. Mouse over macros will be a nightmare with an enemy such as a demonology warlock with 6,000 pets on the screen. Arena 1 2 3 is just very intuitive and quick
