Frost is by far the worst performing raid spec. Currently they are about 20% behind the top performing specs. The nerfs to obliterate really hurt the single target performance and with the recent tuning to the tier set, just makes the class even worse. Please send help thanks.

And please, for the love of all that is good, start testing these changes in advance.
They nerfed obliterate 30% it was obvious what would happen in raids. IDK what they were thinking
