FDK: remove dnd cleave

Remove DND cleave. Ruined FDK for me.

Make remorseless winter actually hit like it should. A baseline ability with 3 talent modifiers should hit hard. Embarrassing.

I want obliterate to hit hard but having half the kit dependent on it is stupid especially for AoE.

Nah Make FDK great again. I mean I got it lvl 474 lish is ok does decent damage. not the best and worse but my god the rotation is boring.

I don’t mind the simple rotation, that’s good for my monkey brain, it’s just that every button I press feels lacking until you have 3 stacks of Unleashed Frenzy and Pillar of Frost with MAYBE an Empower Rune weapon, but until that, clunk clunk, DnD Cleave, Clunk clunk, Remorseless Winter, clunk clunk, weak af snowball

General Tree

  • REMOVE DND CLEAVE!! Put Veteran of the Third war in it place. Bake the Cleave back into Defile for UHDK and Sanguine Ground for BDK.
  • Make soul reaper baseline and put Empower Rune Weapon in its place.
  • Put real Icy Talons where Empower Rune Weapon currently is. Icy Talons: Increases haste of all raid/party members by 5% and your haste by an additional 10%.
  • Replace current Icy Talons with Blood-Caked Blade
  • Replace Rune Mastery with Unleashed Frenzy.
  • Make AMS 45 seconds and increase base absorb to appropriate levels.
  • Replace Anti Magic Barrier with Mirror Ball.
  • Lower IBFs base CD to 2 min.
  • Replace Acclimation with a modified Blood Forged Armor: All physical Damage is reduced by 20%.
  • Wraith Walk should be baseline.
  • Replace Wraith Walk with Legions Chill of The Grave: Frost Strike, Scourge Strike, and Heart Strike now have 8 yard range.
  • Put Death Pact where Brittle currently is.
  • Put Clinching Grasp where Death Pact currently is.
  • Put Enfeeble where Clinching Grasp currently is.
  • Put Brittle where enfeeble currently is.

Frost

  • Transfer power out of Obliterate back into Frost Strike, Howling Blast and Remorseless winter.
    – Increase the base damage of Obliterate and reduce the chance for KM Procs
    – Remove Ice Cap
    – Make pillar of frost 45 second CD.
    – Redesign Obliteration so its a 1.5 min CD independent of Pillar of Frost. The Next 8 Frost Strike, Frostscythe, Soul Reaper, or Howling Blast always grant killing machine and increase Obliterate damage by 20%.
  • Remove glacial advance.
  • Rework Frostscythe to use runic power and spread Razor Ice. Put it in Ice Caps old position.
  • Rework Absolute Zero to buff Frostwhelp’s Aid damage as well.
  • BUFF REMORSELESS WINTER FFS! Baseline ability + 3 talents and it hits like garbage.
  • Buff Ice Breaker
  • Buff Frost Strike
  • Make Breath of Sindragosa a static cast depending how much RP you have. 20 seconds for 120 RP. 10 seconds for 60 rp.
  • Reduce Breath of Sindragosa to 1 min CD.
  • NEW SPELL: Breath of Fury - 3min cd Causes BOS to be and instant cast and hit X% harder depending on RP spent.
  • Unleashed Frenzy has been moved to the general tree. Replace with Improved Obliterate
  • Put Frigid Executioner in Improved Obliterates current spot.
  • Leave Rage of the Frozen Champion where its at.
  • Redesign Enduring Strength. Strength is increased by 10% for 6 seconds after POF. This is extended by 1 second for each rune spent during POF.
