The music of Vanilla is pretty great (listening to the soundtrack brings back memories), but I’m curious to hear which OST from which expac you guys have enjoyed the most. Granted, each expac has a piece of music or two that stands out.

Probably the Arthas theme, which you heard in the WoTK cinematic and a altered version in the DK class hall

Oh yes, Grizzly Hills’ music made my Swedish half very happy. It’s a shame that I never got the time to enjoy the quests and music of Wrath until recently, when I got back into the game. I did play some Wrath when it came out, but by then I was losing free time due to finishing up high school and preparing for college.

Grizzly Hills, Ashenvale, Badlands. Each of those give a distinct feeling.

Vanilla and TBC were some of my favorite WoW music. Though I have to admit, I really enjoy the Taverns of Azeroth OST.

All through BFA I’ve had the music turned off. I turned it on the other day (I can’t recall why) and I am blown away by how amazing the music is. Except for that tinker town music. That’s garbage.

Molten Core had amazing music. It’s so recycled now in other dungeons it’s lost it’s appeal.

I love Night song (plays in most nelf zones)

I also liked the Dreamgrove music.

The pirate theme in Boralus is also really cool.

All the music is so great lol.

invincible is pretty good.

A call to arms is amazing.

Anduins theme is lovely.

I usually fall asleep to Meisio’s Youtube video of Teldrassil and rain ambiance. (I have to sleep with some background noise.)

WoW has amazing soundtracks…

For a massive injection of nostalgia, and because it’s generally good, I’d have to go with Vanilla.

However, MoP , WoD, Legion, and BFA are top tier.

HM: Invincible, Mountains of Thunder, Stormsong Valley, Wrath of the Lich King Title Screen.

Just off of the top of my head, though there’s many more I enjoy—

Vanilla: “War” (song that plays in SFK)
BC: the music that plays in the Black Temple
WoTLK: loved the log in music as well as the theme through Stormpeaks.
Cata: “Night Elves”
MoP: “The Shado-Pan”
WoD: The music in the Auchindoun dungeon and whatever played in BRF/Iron Docks, “Times Change”.
Legion: Nothing really stands out, tbh.
BfA: “Zandalar Forever” and the music in Nazjatar.

I like the song that plays in part of Molten Core, as well as some caves in Tanaris.

Just a really ominous song, I can never find the name of it.
