So I’ve never really done a ton of reading the questlines and stuff, but the assassination questline where you go into his memory, that was clean, and the music in it was amazing, sheeeesh.
What’s your favorite quest line and why?

I vote the Suramar one! It was pretty cool. I did it later-on though so there was no time-gating and that likely improved my opinion of it significantly.
The Day Deathwing Came.
Yeah it’s cheesy but it cracked me up.
Thats easy. The Yrel quest line in WOD that ends with the epic battle to try and kill Blackhand.
I love Yrel and her voice and also Niya’s.
Back in classic WoW werking your way up Stonetalon Mountains.
There wasn’t much there but it seemed like a mission as you climbed higher and higher.
It’s not really a questline, but I always get Alleria’s necklace on my horde toons. I love the song Sylvanas sings.
Plaguelands questline where you escort the caravan and get off at every tower along the way to complete quests
Fiona’s Caravan is always fun.
Lunarfall valley also has some powerful stuff going on.
Blue Dragonflight quest in Azsuna with Senegos and Runas.
The Maw intro questline. Just love it so much and I’m glad it’s not skippable.
Agamand Mills have a place in my heart. The central line in duskwood has an honorable mention too and I’m with you on waycrest.
Bet there’s art of this
I was there. I was there, 3,000 years ago…
The Bridenbrad questline in Wrath. The lore behind the story (a true story) that went into making it still makes me tear up.
Shamans totem quests honestly
Well, besides The Day that Deathwing Came…
How about the original Legend of Stalvan quest? Almost makes me want to play a human in Classic just to re-experience it, running back and forth to Stormwind and all.
But the story of Lucille Waycrest’s engagement is another favorite.
I also have to say that the entire setup for the Discs of Origination, starting in Ulduar in Classic, and coming to a head in WLK still blows me away. When we first met mechagnomes? Yeah, mind blown.
You mean Uldaman? Discs of Norgannon. You silly sausage.
The REAL mechagnomes, not those . . . things . . . on Mechagon.
The Peon Promotion quest. A bunch of Orc Peons form a rebellion because they’re tired of being peons, and they want to be promoted after being peons for 20 years.
I believe it’s a Twight Highlands quest but I might be wrong
