Favorite mounts? Ground & flying

I have different mounts and different pets for each character for various reasons.

This is my main and has been my only main since day one (for me, not claiming vanilla beta or anything like that) and why would you want another main with a transmog this sweet?

Juddin loves his Rooster mount which was purchased on ebay and cost so much that I was determined to get as many miles out of it as I could (warning kids, don’t drink and ebay). Eventually I am used to the speed and love how much I can see around it due to its size.

Juddin prefers to fly using his Spectral Windrider as the colours match his sweet transmog.

Wolf(any) mount and Infinite Time Drake, always default to those for all my toons.

The new wolf mount for alliance that comes with the Two Stories achievement or whatever its called is very aesthetically please for my lady. :sunny:

My others include the Luminous Starseeker, Ashenvale Chimera, and most importantly, the Violet Nether Drake, that was my first big mount that I ever grinded/earned in this game when I first start playing.

Ground: Mechano hog. Primarily because I wanted it so bad during WotLK, but could never afford it … even though I had the recipe on my engineer. A guild leader from a guild I used to be in surprised me with it during MoP. Was probably the coolest thing anyone has done for me in all my time of WoW.

Flying: I’m going to go with my red Proto Drake. I was 2 achievements away from getting it for a few years, because during WotLK I was working toward it then took a break. When I came back, I completely forgot about it. Then one day going through achievements realized how close I was and just knocked them out in a day.

ground mount: swift zulian tiger. a shame i’ll never get this one cus i’m bad at saving gold up ;(

Right now I really like the fossilized raptor and prestigious ivory corsair.

The flying machine is still my favorite flying mount, I still remember when they added it and had to skydive into the alliance base in smv to get the schematic.

I can’t decide. There are sooooo many. If we want to go by the ones I’ve been using a lot lately then I would say the Flying Pig, Primal Flamesaber and the Gilded Ravasaur.

I really only use flight capable mounts since I am too lazy to write macros that determine what kind of mount I can use in the zone. In addition to this, if the mount doesn’t have legs or a run animation than it doesn’t get used.

I really like the raptor models and that one specifically is really nice.
