What is your favorite class to play and why?

Monk. Ive always enjoyed their rotation, utility, and mobility.

Second is Paladin, but that is more aesthetics and lore based…however, I also find their rotation very fun

Hunter, even though I only like 1 spec I really love that spec (mm) so it is better than other classes I like multiple specs of

I like Mage. They can conjure food and create portals.

Warlock. I like WoWs demons, I like big numbers, and I like having survivability. I get all 3 in Warlock.

Now if only I could run faster without killing myself.

I’ve spent a lot of time leveling alts and being indecisive about what class I want to play as a main.

So far, from my experience being an indecisive putz, my favorites are

  1. Demon Hunter - my overall Main. fast paced playstyle, great animations and aesthetics. the class is largely the same (afaik) in both DPS and Tank spec, and it is the class I feel most comfortable with on a day to day basis.

  2. Death Knight - my Alliance main. Class Fantasy out the wazoo, each spec feels like a different class aesthetically and in regard to Class Fantasy. Blood is a Vampire, Frost is “Literally Arthas, The Class”, and Unholy is a Necromancer. It covers multiple aspects of Undeath in one class, while still leaving room for say, a proper Cloth-wearing Necromancer.

  3. Rogue - again, class fantasy, aesthetics are top notch(to me). it is super fun and convenient to stealth past things. it has tons of cool little class flavor things like pickpocketing, lockpicking, etc. other classes are largely lacking in class flavor like that.

Priest for the shields. Rogue for stealth. Warrior for snap mobility. Druid for shapeshifting.

I’m very easy to please. All it takes is one good mechanic on the class and it will draw me to it. Those mechanics are timeless and unique though. They gutted stances and presences so Druids could keep existing I guess?

My Healer Priest wrecked many, many Alliance, as Disc we had some crazy fun, then it just all peaked in MoP, where I was actually Holy and the game was good, gearing was simple, class was solid.

Prot/Ret Paladin, I could solo Mythic 0’s on my Pally during Legion, it was like running an 11 Delve in really crap gear, tough but doable if careful, and it felt good to get it done back then. Went Ret after many years of not playing it for Zek’vir, and that’s also a bunch of fun.

Also wrecking everything on my Fury Warrior has been a blast!

evoker because now i get to sensibly use all my character altering toys and gleeful glamour

druid because of its pure hybridness
