Faust VIII and The Undead

So, I’m rewatching Shaman King (2021) because reasons and looking at Faust VIII (the main cast’s doctor and necromancer), I feel like there are a couple of elements of his design that would be pretty cool for the WoW Undead.

1 - Stitched skin of a different color.

If you look at his torso, you’ll see that he has a big patch of grey skin stitched to him right through the middle, and I think that would be particularly nice for the Undead, especially since Undead lore states that taking body parts from corpses and grafting them to their own body is part of Undead maintenance.

2 - His feet are a dog.

Faust VIII has no feet, so he uses his dog Frankensteiny as feet instead.

I’m not saying the undead should do exactly that, but I think we could get creative with bones and limbs. Think Mechagnomes, but cool.

Get ready for all the anti-anime hate you’re about to be subjected to. I’d love to play an undead that’s been stitched together from different things.

Eh, don’t worry about it. Haters gonna hate, gators gonna gait.

“His feet are a dog” I lost it at that.

Remember, you’re going for a Walk for yourself, your Dog is just lucky enough to come along.

I mean, it’s funny, but imagine if you could have this as your feet.

I think it would be pretty sweet

My lord that is dumb.

If you were a Necromancer, and you had used your own feet as parts to fix your dead wife’s skeleton, what else would you use as feet if not your skeleton dog?

I think the jaws / parts of the mouths can be different tones but that is an interesting concept.

Somebody else’s feet.

In retrospect, that makes sense lol

But then what would the dog do?

Just be a cool undead dog! Same thing other dogs do, but with more clacking.

That’s way too prosaic for an anime necromancer.
