I completed the ritual on use with item Fate Weaver and was given reward Fateweaved Needle with ilvl 350. The offhand has ilvl 603 and the reward has ilvl 350. This ilvl is 253 ilvl below the offhand and is not useful for current content. This is a bug and should be corrected.
