Fated Shadowlands Raid Achievements are no longer available. They are not showing in the Raids tab. Every informational post made by Blizzard related to this said that it would be available, including the raid portals, until the launch of Dragonflight. With this week’s pre-patch, these achievements are no longer visible and ones already completed were moved to Feats of Strength (this change was recently reverted as it was done in error).
