Fated LFR dropping low level mystic anima spherule

I did some fated LFR bosses tonight and get a weapon spherule drop but it dropped at 187 iLvl instead of the expected 265/272. I’m not sure if it was Denathrius or Huntsman but it was the only item that dropped at season 1 iLvl.

Did it by any chance get sent to your mail and you looted it from there?

Did not receive loot at correct item level

I did Fated Heroic Castle Nathria and received a Hymnal off of Sire Denathrius. I did not loot the boss while in raid, so when it went to my mail box, it was sent as a 220 Heroic piece instead of 298. I submitted a ticket and they told me that “if there is a bug problem” it will be corrected. There ain’t no “if this is found to be a bug”, this needs to be corrected. I wasn’t in “Heroic” difficulty when I fought that boss therefore it should not be sent to my mail as such. Please correct.
