Did not receive loot at correct item level

I did Fated Heroic Castle Nathria and received a Hymnal off of Sire Denathrius. I did not loot the boss while in raid, so when it went to my mail box, it was sent as a 220 Heroic piece instead of 298.

I submitted a ticket and they told me that “if there is a bug problem” it will be corrected.

There ain’t no “if this is found to be a bug”, this needs to be corrected. I wasn’t in “Heroic” difficulty when I fought that boss therefore it should not be sent to my mail as such. Please correct.

From what I understand, you’re unable to use the Creation Catalyst Console.

I’m sorry to hear about this, I’m sure that it can be quite frustrating.
