I have leveled my rogue from 71-80 and then been spamming dungeons, farming leathers, etc. Through out my entire lvl 75+ I have never seen I hit 7 heads in a row. Is the talent just useless or am I just bad luck at rolling 7 head faces.

It’s hard to get, even if you do get to 8, the Cosmic explosion seems lackluster with no major animations…
Sad rogue hero trees feel like they werw last to work on and then ran out of time
