i use my champion3/8 level 603 fate weaver and it give me a level 350 fateweaved mallet.what can i do

I see others are having this same issue, wish they’d fix this soon(like today!). It’s only a matter of a day or 2 before this 603 gets replaced by higher ilvl!
I chose a 616 (hero 3/6) from the vault to test this out and believe it is fixed as it gave a 610 (hero 1/6) item.
I think it intentionally matches the upgrade level at 1/x instead of matching ilvl.
