I’ve heard of a few people having this issue recently. Not really sure what to do about it. I think it has something to do with that npc in Tirisfal that phases you to the Battle of Undercity.
I think the Org you visit is actually a phased version, and talking to that guy to revert you to the “normal” timeline might help?
As far as I know you don’t habe to really do this quest, but its veey disapointing to go that far and get stopped by a bug
