Pretty self explanatory, the capstone fatal flaw capstone granted by the soulbind Nadjia no longer seems to function as intended. I have roughly 400 critical rating and roughly 150 versatility, but it only exclusively grants versatility. If I read correctly I would assume it would grant critical strike instead but it does not, I have tested it multiple times.
Bump, I have 721 crit on my dk and 123 vers, always proc’ing vers.
same here, 552 crit 222 vers. fatal flaw only procs vers.
Still doing it as of this morning
Same here sitting at 702 crit 103 vers proc vers everytime
checked on dk again. still only procs vers.
Would really like to see this fixed or at least acknowledged sometime soon.
I’m sure that will happen. Soon, I hope.
This, on the other hand, is extremely unlikely. They don’t acknowledge bugs or promise any resolution or timeframe. You’ll get their acknowledgement in the patch notes saying it was fixed.
I am on the forums so little anymore I actually forgot how little blizzard interacts via the forums. You are right though, I figure it will get fixed soon, well again I hope soon.
bump so they dont forget

Yup, I’m getting the same thing with 958 crit and 397 vers. Hopefully someone is working on this…

The reason for this bug seems to be that a possible change to the Soulbind was only partially implemented in 9.1.5.
In 9.1, the Soulbind would pick whichever stat had the highest percentage. This made the Soulbind somewhat bad for some specs that have significant bonuses to Critical Strike%, but have more Versatility rating than Critical Strike rating. Similar effects compare secondary stat ratings instead, which does a better job of giving players the stat they are actually stacking.
In 9.1.5, the Soulbind now seems to pick the higher of Versatility rating and Critical Strike%, which unfortunately usually means it’s going to pick Versatility unless you have an extremely low amount of Versatility on your gear.
