Good evening.
I have not been able to log into the client today. I uninstalled/reinstalled WOW and was able to login temporarily but the game kept freezing up. I also tried to move the game window from one screen to another, and the game blacked-out and crashed and gave me a fatal error message with the following code: 7EEE8E39-B367-4768-AF70-FE2EF30C6E53

Having the same issue. Continuously getting fatal error and then getting a code:

Game does not load past this error. Was not happening before the maintenance that was done on 12 Mar 2019.

Currently the most common solutions for these crashes are changing the API to DirectX 11 and/or disabling any Overlays.
First try DirectX 11. Open the B.Net launcher. Select World of Warcraft. Under the main BfA/Wow emblem is the “Options” button. Go to “Game Settings” - place a check in box for “Additional Command Line Arguments”. That will open a blank input box. Type -d3d11 (include hyphen) then click “Done” to save.
Disable Discord overlay. Click the small gear icon on the Discord App. Go to Overlay then disable with slide switch.
This can also be caused by any other overlays you may have. Overwolf - Twitch - RivaTuner/Afterburner - Microsoft Game Bar. The game is not fond of any overlays at all.
I disabled my Discord overlay and it seemed to have done the trick. Thank you so much!
