Fatal Crash - Lost in battle

Hello. I recently was playing World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore.
I was farming in Westfall, and came across some Defias that I needed to fight for my quest.
I was dispatching the Defias with ease, feeling strong and enlightened by the fact that there were many
tin and copper ores near by to mine. There were also many Defias. I finished mining tin, and turned to see a “Defias Pillager” casting a fireball at me! I charged for this “Defias Pillager” to stun him with my mighty hammer in the name of the light and to cleanse Westfall of vile thugs!
This is where the problem I encountered began. I was within range of the thug, ready to smite him…as I begun my defensive attack, I then recieve a blue screen with a message which told me “Your PC Has Encountered a Problem and Needs to Shut Down” !!!
after experiencing what I would describe as a “fatal crash” or an “unavoidable error” or even a “grand mistake”
I log back in to see, my character is alive and well… or so I thought, as it was only an illusion!
I press enter world… to find that my character has fallen in battle… to a “Defias Pillager”
I am heartbroken, disillusioned and lost. My hope has begun to fade.
I will not give up yet!!! I wont be defeated by this Defias thug!!!
So here I am, to ask the most important question of all:
Due to the described event, and the ensuing crash which happened, which caused me to now experience a death in hardcore ( *my first death, surprising I know )
I am here to ask if it is possible, to restore my Hardcore Classic Level 19 Paladin ( *name: Saracey ) due to reasoning beyond my own capability and understanding, to right this wrong that has been done.
To restore light to the tome and libram of divinity. To write a second chapter to a first which was unexpectedly lost.
Will you please allow me this grand favor? A classic hardcore character revival!

So frustrating. So hard. So sad. I have had a similar experience. BUT… Before we can enter Azeroth with our new toon, for each and every new toon, we agree to the following, “By agreeing to play on these realms, you accept that your character’s death is permanent for whatever the reason. This includes disconnections, lag, server outages, gameplay bugs, or any other reason.” My toon died due to a “gameplay bug”. Just the way it is. I feel your pain.
