They can just add these to Goblin customization.

Yet another thing that could be easily solved by implementing dracthyr’s body type options category for other races. Muscle and fatness options for most. Back surgery body options for trolls and undead… etc…
Would that make them… “Gobs of fat”?

Trust me skinny Goblins are much better looking. You don’t want to be fat and obese like Gallywix.
Ok this is off topic but Goblins are one of my favorite Horde toons. If you can get through the never ending starting area of Kezan to the Lost Isles in the Goblin starting area you will notice a kind Goblin wearing what appears to be a chef outfit named Sassy Hardwrench or Cookie. She should be leader of Goblins not Prince Gallywix!
