From 60-70, you’ll be seriously slow now with dungeons.
Fastest way is buying a boost lol
Hate to be that guy but the fastest way past that is campaign with dungeons interwoven.
1 or 10-70 would probably be dungeons if you can do it quick and can suffer through it but there are routes that are faster [but contain questing]

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but it seems like TBC dungeons are the best way to level?

If you know the right routes and the right questlines, questing is much quicker than you think.
60-70 specifically, questing is fast. I’ve done it in a single day.
I’m not a speed leveler by any means but 10-60 in BFA can be done before you’re even finished with 2 zones. And the quests and nice and close together. Seems pretty quick to me.

If you have a solid group that won’t quit on you, technically yes. TW TBC is a steamroll and AoE everything down. Rinse repeat. But you need buddies to carry you.
Certain questing routes are much much faster (record is something like three and a half hours). But if you wanna do the dungeon route you’re better of playing a class that can tank or heal for fast queues.
Level during time walking.
My group of friends 5 stack alts on TW weeks to level them up.
Not playing the wrong game. Love everything else, just the leveling has sucked for me since I started playing.

I’d pretty much start fresh and make an alt. Fastest ways aren’t done in a day, but still take a good amount of time doing whatever expansion picked to level for XP bonus with level scaling. Spending time finishing a zone while questing/bonus objectives and running dungeons in between is kinda of a good buff to move forward.
Just play. Everything gives a massive amount of xp.
I would do quests and kill rares while I wait for queue. Sometimes I would get more from the quests and rares then the dungeon depending on my luck with rares and how smooth the dungeon went.
