Just got back into warrior and want to hit 70 quickly. I might just do bgs once I hit 61 but yeah. Is it dungeons/questing while waiting for q pop?

You can always try following people around doing Cobalt Assembly. it’s a pain because you’ll die a fair bit but you can get some good xp.

ive done this before, is there an alternative? Kinda tired of dungeon spamming/bg spamming. I thought I saw a video talking about a different one from assembly
You ask a lot of beginner questions in this forum lately, which is fine. The problem is that every time someone replies, you get childish.
ive seen people selling this as a leveling service. blizzard adds a xp debuff if i run friends in dungeons on an experience locked toon but lets this afk farming go unchecked?
find warlock friend for summon. hang out grinding mobs for a couples hours. bam you’re 70.
The fastest levellers in DF just did quest grinding for a few hours, hit 70 day 1.
But the fastest way would just be a level 70 boost?
I dungeon spam and herb/mine. It goes fast but then I strictly pvp for 69-70 to get close to a full set of honor gear

Just quest while queuing PvP, hit 70 in a day with enough honor to buy full set.

yeah it’s expensive too, at least if you don’t farm gold. like 25k per level. Normally ill just try to find someone doing it if I can. Normally though there aren’t many on my server. I wonder why they haven’t nerfed the farm yet.
i dont think there is a 70 boost yet.

Cobalt assembly or just quest. It’s really fast to level.

If you can wait until the next Timewalking event that is by far the quickest once you hit 60. It was for me anyway, without having to know any special speed leveling tricks.
I was averaging somewhere between 550k-600k XP p/hour. Basically a level every two dungeons until you get closer to max. With dungeons taking barely 10 mins from queueing up to end.
Otherwise, I have been spamming the normal dungeons which isn’t much worse, but queue times aren’t 1 minute like when TW is on.
Interesting how cobalt has made it this far into the game tbh.
Promotes characters getting end game quickly + token sales it seems, win win for the house. One option.
Also Prot/Tank/Healer queues are much faster in dungeons. Doing these you may get a Titan crafting item which can make ilvl343 loot which can be used before 70. 
This is the closest to Twinking we can get in the 61-69 bracket, beef up and start your Honor farm from there imo.
