Haven’t leveled in over 2 years so any advice is welcome!
If you’re not a tank or healer draenor bonuses.
If you are: cataclysm classic dungeon spam
even you are a tank or healer the wod treasure will still be quicker with the quest in the zones

What do you mean treasure and bonuses?
The bonus objectives don’t actually quest. But yeah sure chests help too

Hmm lol. So confused.
So as DPS, Chromie to WoD and do the quest lines and the bonus quests (2 swords) and loot all the chests. That’s what you are saying?
1 - Don’t go into Chromie Time. Chromie Time is for losers.
2 - Go to Silverpine forest and do the quest chain there until you get Vincent Godfrey and the other 2 followers.
3 - Now go to the edge of Hillsbrad foothills and walk back and forth between the two zones until they spawn in Hillsbrad and don’t despawn.
4 - Now do the quest where you sit on the horse and hand out quests, then go to the Plague Fields and quest there until you get Johnny Awesome and Lysander to join your army of the damned.
5 - Now zone back and forth from Plague fields and generic Hillsbrad until you have Johnny and Lysander in Hillsbrad and not despawning.
6 - You now have 3 raid boss tier followers, an AOE dps, and 2 of them are healers. Congratulations: You won World of Warcraft. There is quite literally nothing they cannot kill for you in Eastern Kingdoms.
7 - Now go to Wetlands (don’t worry about fatigue damage, they will heal you through it) and go stand in that area by the entrance to twilight highlands where dragonmaw and black dragons respawn immediately upon death and continually attack in endless waves. Stand there, watch netflix, and let the game autolevel you.

Realm hopping is faster, but it’s more involved.
If you make a Trial Account you can make a character on any server.
Do so.
On many servers.
Now go park the guy you want to level in an area where multiple rares spawn.
Kill any rares.
Now Have your trial account invite your leveling character to his group and party sync. You will now be pulled into his server, and there’s a good chance those rares will be up again.
Repeat this, over and over, with different trial account characters on different servers. Each rare killed is worth about as much XP as completing a quest.
The record for this creative use of mechanics working exactly as intended is about 3 1/2 hours played.
Wow ok. Like where do I park him? I don’t know what rares you are referring to for like a lvl 10-30ish
Lots of places.
Download something that shows rare spawn points on your map and just pick something where there’s a cluster and your leveling toon can get to easy enough.
Is this done in Chromie time?
It can be.
With Chromie Time they should scale all the way up to 50.
Of course BLIZZARD CAN AND SHOULD FIX THIS but at the moment it works.
Oh wow, I saw the follower exploit ages ago on a youtube video. Normally, everything shown in that channel gets fixed… surprised this wasn’t.

Is this both alliance and horde? The follower once since cataclysm.
The realm hop, Yes.
The Silverpine questing, No.
I guess it’s possible there’s a similar alliance NPC thing… but I don’t play alliance.
