Absolutely solo shuffle as a healer if you have a healer spec. I always grind conq on disc for shadow. It’s 50 extra conquest per match for a healer, and games are 10x faster than blitz.
2s/3s is also a viable strategy, and much faster than blitz.

RSS and RBG both requires you win, so depending on your skill level, it could be pretty slow. If you’re playing a healer, you get the 50 conq box in RSS either way, though. You can join a crate farm… which isn’t super fast “I don’t think?” but consistent. Make sure to do the weekly quests as well.

Crate groups are really good.
You just fly zone to zone grabbing war crates. It also really quickly caps bloody tokens.

You get the box either way, for sure. I’m not positive you get the 50 conq token in it every time though? I’m sure someone will hop in here eventually and confirm either way.

oh is that why im seeing huge groups in undermine when crates drop? what should i search for in LFG?

Crate, I think. I’ve only done it twice.
solo blitz bg and sit outside for crates.
It’s like spam 2s or 3s > War crates > Weekly brawl, daily win in each bracket >>>>>>>>> Solo

the solo modes, in general, are pretty bad for conq farming. Long ques and the lottery system that comes with BGB could make it all for not.
That’s why you play a class with a healer spec. Instant queues, 50 conq extra per match, 12 round weekly and you’re capped in no time.
Crates are also good. Farm crates between queues.
The solo is for the ez 1600 piece. bgs cover the weekly brawls and such.
i think war chests is the best by far, its 240 conquest per 20 mins if you can manage to get all 4 chests
Crate farm groups (Search premadegroups “Crate”) are lightning fast if you’re semi-AFK or busy. They require no special spec, ability or class. (If you’re a mage and don’t Portal to Dorn after each crate, you may be removed.)
If you’re ACTIVELY farming conq, I generally prefer a mix. Do the daily epic and Ashran/Wintergrasp. They both have large conquest quests associated with a weekly win, so winning one of each is often 700 conquest by themselves, probably more, but I can’t remember the precise numbers.
If you don’t like Epic BGs, I’d just solo shuffle. Doing 2s and 3s are better, but if you have to PUG them, I don’t find them worth it.
3v3 is by far the fastest. Then 2v2. Solo shuffle and bgb are EXTREMELY inefficient for conquest grinding.

Yeah, if you can guilt trip 1-2 btags into low MMR 2s/3s you can fully cap in an hour or two. Likely the fastest method.
Amatox has been a real lamb about hitting me up after reset this season. I highly suggest people who aren’t on regular arena teams to just work out a schedule with someone to cap, makes life so much easier.

Well, just don’t be surprised later why so few people play arena.
No advocating for it, but it’s the only way to casually, consistently gain Conquest, so people should know about it. It certainly won’t help you be a better player, haha.
