Fastest way to farm honor as a fresh 60?

Greetings fellow pvper,

I just cap this ww monk and i’m having a lot of fun with it, but sadly i get squash pretty fast in the field of battle. I want to fix it by getting better gear and keep practicing, so here i am asking the big knowledgeable pvpers what the fastest way to grind honor so i can buy that juicy pvp gear and upgrade them and that i can be more useful for my team!

Epic bgs and random bgs, brawls, skirmishes, I capped 15k in like a few days, then capped it again a few days after that.

warsong brawl is insane honor atm

epic bgs are nice as horde too

Alliance epic bgs are great honor/per hour. The 2 minute queue time means you will get more games in than playing Horde with 9-10 minute queue times.

You will probably lose more than you win, but even the losses usually award 400+ honor.

Just run Epic Battlegrounds. About 500 honor for losing Wintergrasp. Sometimes more.

Aside from BGs, use Covenant gear to fill in slots. There should be some pieces with Vers on them and can be pumped up to 197 (Same as honor gear). That way, once you hit around 180 or so paired with your legendary, you can do arenas or rated BG (Yolos/chills) to start getting conquest and unlock vault pieces.

If you have the gold for it, I would suggest buying the 168 blue BoE’s. It will make your experience considerably more tolerable.

Get your 1 win of each type, this gives bonus honor and help you catch up with conquest, then spam epics, prob best to afk out of WG offense and go pet the dog for 20 minutes.

Edit… don’t buy all the gear. You can take the set gear you got leveling and rank it to 7/7 which is 197 and 4 of the pieces have Vers.

Also, don’t but all pieces of gear as some suggested. Use the set pieces you got leveling. It is super easy to rank them to 7/7 which is 197i and 4 of the pieces have Vers on them. Also get you lego ASAP and save up Conquest and buy weapon.

Do your campaign all the way I think unless you are venthyr and you got 190+ your pvp honor gear.

You shoulda been 15k capped upon dinging 60 though…

Downscale with friends for easy wins. That’s what I hear at least. Plus, it enrages people.

40 mins for 500 honor is terrible.

You can lose 3 regular bgs in the same amount of time and get ~800-900 honor.

You do it wrong my friend.

  1. You do BG from 50-59 to have better game play experience until honor capped.
  2. Upgrade all covenant gears that provide vers
  3. Buy/upgrade all remaining parts by honor expect the part you planned on using legendary
  4. prepare legendary
