Fastest way for alliance to wod pvp vendors?

I missed a few expansions and was wondering what was fastest way to pvp vendors in wod? are they in ashraan?

All the vendors are in Ashran. I believe they are close to the entrance of the Ashran PvP zone.

Get a mage to port you to stormshield, the vendor is there infront of the tanks.

You should be able to fly there from your Garrison if you have the Garrison Hearthstone, if not, there should be a portal in stormwind. There is one in Org for the horde.
