I did some weird formula online that made this song the themesong of my life lol
Something to do with the month and day you were born, combined with the #1 Billboard Song in like 1998 or 1999.
I heard Chris Farley was doing this song when he died.
Good song. I haven’t heard that in ages.
I remember seeing Fastball on MTV (TRL Live maybe?) and the guy who wrote the song was asked about the lyrics meaning. He basically just said that they rhyme. It was a great interview.

Seriously I had no idea that if you hit a bird hard enough their feathers just go POOF and fly off the body lol
Love this song, but I never remember to add it to my playlists.
