Decrease the Bg queue time
How:
Mercenary mode can join you into a team “randomly” Horde or Alliance side.
Now the system could reorder and assign players into a side which have more priority

yes. like every multiplayer pvp game out there these days ‘match making’ 1 bg you can be on 1 side, the next you’ll be on the other. doesn’t matter long as the ques are faster. this whole current expansion feels like they are trying to break down the barrier between factions. why not go the extra mile. you can already group up with the opposite faction out in the world with the group finder thing, why not in pvp too?
No, you can only group up in rated.
seriously, I can’t believe we haven’t done this yet. It worked so well in Classic.

How healthy would it look to see a new cross faction “Brawl type Weekly BG” which offers a fast queue for an instant random pool of players. Efficiently matched ofc. Healers and Dps will be on equal numbers before gates open etc.
Keep the theme going with a brawler’s arena style, have everyone on mixed factions/teams per side.
Add in some currency to work towards rewards, cosmetics, mounts etc.
Test the waters already.
