Your lying right? They reduced the cooldown? Cuz I used it just last year and it still said 5 mins
Nah I just wish they reduced the cd to 0 seconds so I could use it more. I know my gnomes can get more than one every 5 mins 
i use this all the time when some one tosses out a feast . after all in some cultures it is consider and good thing as the meal filled you enough to have to release

As a point of reference this is the point I found out it was a fish that was farting.
