Soooo what exactly is the point of this? What does an “Ancestor” do?

Grandpa and grandma come to say hello and give the enemy a good scolding in the form of dropping an entire volcano on them.
They essentially help you out with spellcasting.
If you cast ST ability they cast lava burst, if you cast AOE ability they cast chain lightning (if you are elemental)
They do pack quite a punch to, see them make up 20% of my total damage
Can they proc mastery?
from what ive seen nope. But they do good work

One could say that they’re doing the ancestors work.
It’s a temporary pet. Personally Stormbringer and Totemic are way more fun.

I tested Fire Farseer with Ice Fury on the PTR, and I’m disappointed. There are too many buttons, and it feels a bit clunky, with the flow being very inconsistent.
