So, what’s the best way to do these? Can never seem to get them to drop from anything.
Buy the rep vendor item that increases drops from rares, dump all your overflow into the oddities bag from the rep vendor also

There 4 rep vendors outside the inn on forbidden reach ,one of the items one of them sells will increase your drop chances to get them, and another sells an item call like oddities bag or something, use your overflow on those because they have a good chance to give keys

There’s also an item you can get from the Dragonscale rep vendor that shows you minor treasures when you fly over them. It lasts for an hour, and the minor treasures often (not always) have keys in them.
Seems like there might be a decreased drop rate if you have a bunch of keys and / or your vault has all been opened.
