*Apparently after last Sunday’s episode of twd they announced...................... 3 Rick Grimes films that will be aired on tv, not sure how I feel about this but I guess it’s an interesting surprise after the big “Rick Grimes final episodes!” Messages AMC was shooting all over the place. Personally I feel the shows gone a bit downhill recently with it going far off the path of the source material killing characters that still exist in upcoming storylines but whatever I’ll keep watching for now

As for breaking bad, I loved this series to death it was great and I won’t let anyone talk bad about it. If you would’ve told me a year after it ended they were doing a movie I’d be mad and afraid they would ruin the whole image of BB for me but Imo Better Call Saul has cleared that fear for me. BCS is amazing, even tho it starts off slow I really enjoy it just as much as I did if not more at times than I did breaking bad especially these most recent seasons. Details for the movie say no characters are confirmed yet but it will “follow the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom” sounds like Jesse to me but I’d be cool with an all new character or something set in BBs universe

Edit: added asterisks and periods to try and keep thumbnails from mentioning spoilers
ahem...

1) TWD last 2 seasons were a bit of a cluster f*ck, but i watched them anyway since im too invested to ghost it just yet. with that being said, i DO feel the writing is getting back on track to where it needs to be. acting was never an issue, the acting from everyone is spot on, and rick grimes is a legend of a character. the end of last weeks episode was great and redeemed the shows place in my heart, i found myself on the edge of my seat when junkyard hoodrat lady was screaming "do we have a deal?!" into her walkie.

2)breaking bad for me was the show that set the bar for every other show when it comes to writing and storytelling. not sure how they'll pull off a BB movie, but if anyone can they will. BCS is awesome, slower, but also good. Mike is a great character, im really glad he is in the spotlight here.

Yeah I have friends who read twd comic and they pretty much hate the show at this point. I don’t care as much but I’d still like if they kept to the source with a little more of the show but I understand why they don’t sometimes. Killing off the last major character was a pretty big blow to me since I know the upcoming storylines involved them a bit but I’m guessing time skip girl will come and replace that character in that.

I think it’s ballsy that the commercial during the episode said something like “This is the best the walking dead has ever been” but I shrugged it off.

I feel the same way as you do about breaking bad. For me it set the bar really high for other shows and I tried to get all my friends and family to watch the show. Most of them have and now I’m trying to get them on BCS. Having Mike and Gus back is super great but I really love The story of Jimmy that’s being told and his relationship with Kim and his brother & everyone else.

The moment he first did that better call saul commercial was like the greatest moment for me
TWD show is as dead as the WoW comp.

BB movie sounds cool though.

technically they didnt "kill" him off, they pretty much left it open to the possibility of a return, which is imo a probability. if he was removed definitely that would be really dumb idea. much like you, hes one of the reasons i enjoy the show so much, kindof similarly to vikings w travis fimmel. they killed his @ss off and i was like aight well later skater this is donezo.

No I’m not referring to this last episodes character, I’m talking about the one that died like 6 episodes ago in last seasons finale
Movie confirmed to be Jesse sequel
Last time I thought TWD was good was 6ish seasons ago, but I still watch it in hopes of improvement (just like WoW arena lul). A lot of the acting and writing has gotten super cringe.
