Ive been checking every day for a year and the last 6 trainers on my achievement have never spawned, this isnt rng this is clearly broken. These trainers have NOT spawned in about a year:
Tiffany Nelson
Sir Gavelston
Aulier
Varenne
Bohdi Sunwayver
Amalia
Im just a little shocked nobody else has made a thread about this or complained about it.
I just realized this morning that I hadn’t been checking Dalaran every day, and Tiffany, Sir Galveston, Bodhi, and Amalia spawn there. Most definitely going to add that to my list.
Also may not have always looked at Suramar and that’s where Varenne and Aulier pop.
Aulier was up, and I spent a couple hours on him, just a few days ago.
Wait wait wait WAIT… what do you mean check Dalaran? And you battled one… I was under the impression the World Quest had to be up in order to battle these tamers??? Ive been opening my map, checking what world quests are up and these 6 never were.
I’d been looking at map of Broken Isles over my first morning cup of coffee for any of the green WQs. But hadn’t checked out Dalaran, and was sloppy with Suramar. I recall a mention on the WoW Pet Battles forum in January that Bodhi was up, but this was before I got into Family Familiar.
Assume you’ve done the other trainers, especially since Blizz finally made Durian repeatable. I would’ve assumed they show up the same way, that green pawprint. Of course no idea if there’s other prerequisites I don’t know about.
Should add here, I don’t know if the Dal trainers appear on map. Guess I’ll (hopefully) find out soon. But Aulier did show on map.
These ones spawn in Dalaran. You have to actually click on Dalaran to see them. Even with my World Quest Tracker addon the Dalran ones won’t show up until I click on Dalaran proper itself.
Sir Galveston was last up on the 13 February, Amalia on 7 February, Bodhi on 5 February, and Tiffany Nelson on 3 February.
These ones require you to complete parts of the Suramar quest chain to see when their WQ is up, but as long as their WQ is active you can battle them even if you haven’t done any of the chain.
Aulier was last up on 18 February, and Varenne on 12 February.
