Falstad is one of the original gryphon riders seems weird they are doing an expansion that is heavy based on dwarves mounted on flying mounts in combat and not having him involved at all. Feels like Blizzard forgot all about him.

Was Falstad not the dwarf that came in to help re-tame the Stormrooks? Or was that Kurdran?

Falstad is still in Ironforge acting as the Wildhammer rep on the council of 3 hammers.
My guess the reason why they used Kurdran instead of Falstad is because Kurdran is a member of the 5 man band, the Sons of Lothar. Hence why Danath is here as well. And given that one of them was allegedly dead (Khadgar) it makes sense why Kurdran would take an interest in seeing his alleged murderer be brought to justice.

He was there too. I remember Falstad being there because he was very repetitive in his “you clicked on me so I say something” dialogue when working on quests.
Wait. I replayed the story mode on an alt. I was wrong. Falstad wasn’t there. It was Kurdran. My bad ya’ll you were right.
