No I’m not joking I really think so. Initially 76 was all about the environmental story telling int he game, but nowadays there’s a lot more to the game itself. It might not have planets to run around on, spaceship combat, or whatever else but what it does have is better design.
Go ahead try it after you play Starfield and tell me it’s worse.

But the fact of doing the same of a Fallout 3 with Skyrim of 7 years of work in the video game so that it is the same of those 2 games, it may be that it is more correct.
And to top it off, Bethesa has achieved it, let’s hope it’s not worth a sabotage among the GotY against heavyweights like Armored Core 6, The Legend of Zelda Tears of Kingdom and Baldurs Gate 3.

But you already screwed up, I end up totally concluding on comparing to Bethesta games, let’s hope you don’t add another ridiculous comparison like Forspoken or Gollum… ugh… That’s exaggerated.
But for your answer, Cyberpunk is more Batman: Arkham Knight or No Man Sky, they are games that were disappointing and in the end they just had the final and improved product, something like that… well… I don’t know if it had a crunch work in its development but that was more popular or talked about what CDproyect did apart.
Also something that Cyberpunk owes a success to its Netflix anime (thanks sexy loli Rebecca, thanks Trigger) so if you have anger or disappointment with this game, I would say be careful.
And that’s worse than despite bad development and bad details that don’t remind Fallout (before 76) and Skyrim anymore, the game is a success.
But if GotY wins thanks to Todd Howard’s Doritos, unlike other new GotYs like Baldurs Gate 3, Armored Core 6, TLoZ: Tears of Kingdom and even Hogwarts Legacy, so I’m going to be very angry for being a sold out game , and I prefer that he be nominated and that’s all, nothing more than as your preferable is to ignore him.

I don’t even get what’s the huge conservatory with pronouns in Starfield. It’s something we always had since the first Elder Scrolls, it’s just now you can customize it how you want, and suddenly that’s bad? 
Meanwhile, i’m thinking to myself “join the pirates so i can ruin people’s day, take over ships and sell them, become a discount Boba Fett with my bounty hunter trait so i can pretend this is the revival of Star Wars 1313, and find a planet where i can face off space dinosaurs”
I’ll say after playing some more Starfield is fun. I’m at 12/18 main missions I think so far and it’s getting interesting. You can even build an outpost which I guess is like Fallout 76 and that’s cool as well as customize your ship.
The problem is the world oddly seems to have much less mystery to it for me. Or I guess I should say galaxy. Sure there is Skyrim like gameplay to be enjoyed as well here, but can you enjoy it with others? And that is where the two games obviously diverge. Whereas in one you are the sole star of the show but the game world is kind of empty. I’ve also spoiled the ending by watching some streamers do it somewhat as well and I’m not too amazed by it.
FO76 has various groups just like Starfield does. It has base building as well, fast traveling, but no vehicles so that’s where Starfield sets itself apart. In Starfield your ship is basically your base compared to FO76.
Both offer a lot of dialog and options to chose from as well. Yet FO76 is live service and still to this day gets new content added to it.
Don’t remember the disaster of what Disney buys meme ruined many video games like the union of CAPCOM because of that disaster of MCU vs CRAPCOM and canceled many CAPCOM Remaster Disney Games like Duck Tales 2, Quackshot, Darwing Duck and many that came from 8 to 16 bits.
If you’re talking about the Pirate Bay version, here in Bolivia everything is allowed because of customs house corruption.
