I went back to try and complete the Heart of Azeroth quest line just for the achievement. I had just turned in a portion of the quest and needed to return to Boralus but since my hearth is set to Valdrakken, I chose to use the titan transporter pad as instructed, in the quest line. After the load screen completed, I was presented with an image of myself falling through the world to a monochromatic background, followed by a disconnection a few seconds later. Every time I try to log into the character, I am either immediately or within a few seconds, disconnected. The first ticket I put in was absolutely no help whatsoever, I was told they couldn’t fix my problem, and suggested I have my computer looked at, implying. It was a problem on my end. My character is still in the same situation after multiple weeks and, to be clear, It is not a hardware or software issue on my end. I am fully able to play all of my other characters, I have reinstalled Warcraft as well as logging in on three different computers and still experiencing the same situation. I have tried the unstick character option at least half a dozen times and I have obviously gone through at least four server resets and nothing has fixed the problem. My belief is that since I have the newest expansion, when I used the titan transporter, WoW’s servers didn’t know which version of Silithus to log me into, so I am essentially stuck in phase between the Dragonflight and BFA versions of Silithus. My character selection screen shows my character being in Silithus.
Work avoidance. Your issue is one of the few they can help you with.

Try spamming space bar when logging in. It may work.
Were they different? In any case, you should pop this thread in the bug report forum. You won’t get any resolution for it here.
Could i also suggest breaking you post up a bit with some paragraphs? Because that was a nightmare to read.

Did you use the “character stuck” option when asking for help?
isn’t there a unstuck option you can do that will move your character to a graveyard?

Hopefully you see this reply. You need to use a specific ticket option to get the character moved when the automated system doesn’t work. Unfortunately, it only shows up after the system thinks the move either worked or failed and isn’t a typical ticket option you can find.

So, not gonna lie, I didn’t read the whole post. Your lack of paragraph spacing literally makes my eyes want to bleed.
Judging from the title and the first few sentences I read, I’m going to suggest trying to hearthstone and see if that works.
If not, you might have to contact support and wait. Maybe try reinstalling the game or restarting your computer?
And please, for the love of all things taco, learn to space your paragraphs.
Find your WoW installation folder.

Rename these three folders:
Cache → Cache_BU
Interface → Interface_BU
WTF → WTF_BU -
Login in (skip the intro cut-scenes with ESC)

Pick the character that is corrupted and enter the world

If that worked, hearth to a safe place, then logout

Delete the folders that were just created and rename the Interface & WTF saved ones
Interface_BU → Interface
WTF_BU → WTF -
Log back in and make sure all your toons and your add-ons and your UI look right

How long does the hearthstone take to activate? Its around 10s by my calculation. If they are being immediately dc’d, they dont have time to hearth. I personally have had dc issues where it was log on - dc, especially if its an environmental bug.
Just use the unstuck function.

everytime I have used that in the past year - they did nothing. The character was in the exact same place and they closed the ticket like they did something.
