I used the teleport scroll and now im falling through silithis over and over. super annoyed by this and need a fix!

Yup. Same here.
In TWW prepatch event I used the scroll to teleport to Silithis and it bugged out and makes my character continuously fall and makes me DC. If I restart the game or log back in it will just keep falling and DC me. The blizzard support self help unstuck website is down and I can’t play. Can’t create a ticket either. Looks like everything is down?
Log out of game… Exit game.
Use web browser…

Just displayed my last toon played… As well as the rest of my toons.

Support webpage is down. It says it’s a problem on their end. Cant click anything

Then wait for it to load your toons.
Tried again this morning. It’s up again. Yea idk it just said It’s a problem are their end and to try again later.
edit: Are you guys talking to the TWW NPC’s when it happens to you?
I had this problem where I was falling through the world, in Silithus. I was in “old” Silithus and then the map floor kinda blinked and I fell through and I saw The Sword for a moment before I crashed out.
Was on my VE Hunter, Dalaran server. So, what I did was I talked to the Time-Dragon-NPC lady and make sure I was in the right version of the map.
The first time I logged back in, my character was near-by where I’d fallen through. For me, it’s where The Sword is located, so I tried to avoid that area and stay as far north/east and south on the map as possible.
I had to request an “unstuck” from the GM/webpage help, once.

Okay this did not work last night. It seems to have worked now. If you like me fell through the world after taking the scroll and kept getting a dc try this ^
