Is the Fallen Sky Lords quest that turns into Commander Mulfort no longer completable in pre-patch? I’m pretty sure I picked up the quest during pre-patch but Captain Mulfort seems to no longer be in the game, or I am missing something very obvious.

Good question. I have this quest in my log and can’t seem to find where to turn it in…
