8% chance would be, for the sake of this example, 8 out of 100 people getting it.
If you have 40 people in one group, those 8 could be out of the other 60.
So seeing zero would be more common than 2-4.

that is a huge difference - almost 1/10 vs 1/100.
I was in a group today where 4 of the 40 people got it. RNG is RNG.

Every group I have been in has been about the 3-4 mark. People just get upset when they don’t see as many drop, or when they do a tone of runs and never get it themselves.
