2nd boss is shooting one shot lines from the portals instead of the boss itself with Untwist.
this only happens if you leave one of the trash mobs up. You have to kill ALL the trash before this boss or there will be bolts that shoot out from the portals.
I have seen this once and thought it was a bug. I don’t think I have been in a group that has cleared the whole platform in quite some time. So, I know it isn’t a thing where you have to 
Seconded. My primary route for months was to clear only the inner ring for Manifested Timeways. I honestly have no idea what the above is referring to.
Most groups leave a few enervate mobs up at the edge. The boss doesn’t even spawn until all mini-bosses are killed. Not sure what’s going on.
I could be wrong then, but I’ve only noticed this bug when we didnt kill every mob in that circle… sorry about that!
Its a leftover hard-mode from the mega dungeon.
