because the SoD team is not Blizzard. Not a single person working on SoD worked on the game we know and love.

at this point the [forbidden servers] are looking like the best option. at least those are free

These classic wow devs truly are quite bad at game design and apparently they’re not so great on the technical side either…
They should just stick to running versions of WoW that have already existed and not attempt custom content/creative projects/class and combat changes in the future.

No one is forcing you guys to play SOD. There has to be a version of the game you guys like… and if there isnt. Maybe its time to stop playing games. =P
PS. I dislike some stuff this dev team has made but they are being pulled in so many different directions. That you almost can’t fault them for messing up. I’m saving my judgement to the very end.
The question I ask myself regularly is why do people feel the need to rotate sock puppets on the forums to flood the same thread over and over?
Or you could just like stop playing or play a different version of the game instead of making the same post over and over again.
If you know they are going to fail like you say then why are you suffering each and every patch and expansion by continuing to play ? You are not forced into doing things you don’t like you can simply try other games and tell them in the sub cancel why you hate them so much. They are doing the best they can with little resources as classic is a side project. They don’t need to waste money for a free game. You pay for retail not sod. Retail works perfectly fine. Maybe a few hiccups along the way but its always sorted ASAP. Hope you have a great day Bro
