It’s more about at least getting clear communication with the phases.
A lot of people just like watching people who don’t enjoy the game the way they do get screwed. They’re not discussing this honestly. I wasn’t collecting marks, but there’s nothing wrong with it. All they had to do is prevent the mail recovery exploit. Preparing for subsequent content is a big part of MMOs. Just rugging everyone at the last moment is very bad form. As you said, it’s a failure of communication. If they want to restrict, it needs to be known ahead of time.

This isn’t about complaining but at least look at it before release.
It’s Season of Discovery. Keep your expectations to a minimum.
