The issue is her character design is really awful… you can’t use a shield like that it would just kill you. Any hit would pin wheel her and knock her off balance or over.
As for the character herself… she doesn’t fit in with the rest of the cult she is a part of… I don’t think she is some horrendous character just the end result of trying to make something cool that doesn’t fit into the genre.

Laughed when she blurted out “prosthetic.” Didn’t even know she was missing an arm until she said that. Known a few amputees over the years, including one of the best foozball players I’ve ever seen that played with his stub. Never beat that guy. Mostly farmers and soldiers and while I can’t speak for them I don’t think they’d be very impressed by all this.

Its so disengious when you say things from the past would be called woke today. They were liked because they were well written.
We like female characters to be well written. No one cared how much screen time Dany had in AGoT( well until the later scenes). People love Laura Croft till they ruined her. Ripley from Aliens. Zena. Princess Leia who kicked butt all the time.
There is room for badass female characters but not at the expense of good story to push a “message.”

Why is a one armed character with no depth perception who was raised inside of a fanatical genocidal cult a good character because for no explicable reason she is a complete optimist who somehow also not only has the respect of said genocidal cult but holds a leadership position in it?
You can like the character that is fine…but well written? I have to disagree.

Got Sojourner on all zones excpet Ajz-Khet because of a bugged quest. (STUPID TRUFFLES).
Ive done every quest involving her. Shes a paper thin character that would only serve a good purpose if the devs chose to give her a Honorable death sacrifice but we know where her story is going.

I ain’t gonna judge the character on how pretty I think their hair is, but I don’t think it looks great or anything. Having shorter hair does at least make sense for a militaristic character.
Though I am gonna need them to give me some transmogs of a lot of armour used by the Arathi in general.
