There is no need for this.
I would imagine that there would require some relatively non-trivial feature development to even make it possible.
Shaman and Paladins share the same color, for one, and who knows what else.
Aside from the obvious, “It wasn’t a thing in Vanilla, so it won’t be a thing in Classic,” I would wonder what sort of development effort would be required, and would also wonder if something like that wouldn’t be better for a hypothetical Classic+

Unsure if i could infact do it. 13 weeks as alliance to hit r14 then faction swap back again. Id be too busy tanking games for my horde bretheren or trolling flag caps in wsg to draw out games for hours.
since you already avoided the world pvp era with 70% h /30% a ratio you should also be punished by being put in bg with the same ratio when you change faction for the same 1.5 months.

You don’t get to outnumber everyone on servers and use that advantage in phase 2 then literally want a transfer to the opposite faction so you can get instant queues since battleground instances balance the people joining.
I would throw Classic in the trash bin if they implemented such a retail solution to BGs while leaving Phase 2 completely alone.

Well its not exactly fair for players who want to stick to Horde for fantasy/experience reasons in pvp.
Citing that Alliance already got smashed in world pvp, to then leave Horde no option but to reroll or pay for a faction transfer is just ludicrous.
Most people will just walk.
