Horde that got stomped by ally in 2019 faction changed now. Ally is the stronger faction in classic so gonna be like that on fresh also.

Toxic faction: Extreme racism/sexism/homophobia. Cruelty towards one another. Stalking and harassing other players.

In the 10 or so years of playing wow I could count on 1 hand how much of any of the things you list here I have directly observed.

Griefing. Stealing gathering nodes from faction-members. ‘Every man for himself’ mentality.

All of this is perfectly reasonable and even expected behavior for anyone who has access to the internet. You will see it exhibited on both factions and in all layers of content.
It is I suppose toxic behaviour but this kind of behaviour is a good thing within the context of the entire gaming experience, as it acts as the bad end of the spectrum, making the good end just that much sweeter.

If everything and everyone in the world wasn’t ever bad then life would be a hollow and unrewarding experience.

Nothing has changed, both sides have toxic players.

But 2019 ally was 100% the pvp side and horde was dog water full on pve… You couldn’t get help on horde side to save ur life if pvp was involved.

I would completely disagree with you there, the people that wanted to PvP as their main activity and even raiding would go Horde simply because they have better racials. The Horde have always been where the PvP’ers go outside of maybe now with WtS but I’d think that the people that started Horde would’ve stayed Horde regardless if the Alliance has WtS.

The only real thing that the Alliance had over the Horde in Classic was Paladins having Seal of Salvation.

even though ally has x2 the players, i’m pretty sure horde players have x2 the griefers. i think horde players are a lot more likely to grief because the faction identity is to be edgy

I duno i went full try hard for Rank and after getting the gear i started pvping with friends that were little late to the party.

Random bgs with them was the worse pvp experience I have ever had in wow to date. We lost 70% of the rando bgs as horde. The experience literally made all them want to reroll ally on the next wipe/Som/Fresh or w/e the potato devs come up with.
