Faction imbalance has already been fixed by removing PvP servers where people pretended that they actually wanted balance.
With their removal those that pretended they wanted ‘balance’ and not just to be part of the higher population faction no longer have anything to whine about.
That’s not going to fix the faction imbalance. The imbalance is more in participation than in the numbers of players.
Blond hair won’t motivate me to start doing Mythic Raiding or PvP.

Well, I’d probably be happier playing with the freedom to customize my avatar the way I want, but I’m not really interested in raiding so… it still won’t motivate me to raid.
Alliance gets full customizability. You wanna be a tall dwarf, np! How about a fat gnome, np!
The only way to fix Faction Imbalance is to open faction transfer for free for a brief moment.
Horde to Alliance only…

That won’t fix anything.
The fix is simple which is cross-faction grouping for end-game content, but Blizzard refuses to do it because they make money on transfers.

This but unironically.
Zandalari Paladin exists, so lore is pretty much out the window already. Might as well go all-in and give Alliance what they need, which is Blood Elf Ret Pallies.

You assume one thing with this post which is 100% factually incorrect:
Who would want to actually play a Retri paladin?
Zandalari paladins have been a thing since vanilla and still have religions to show devotion to.
Void elves don’t worship anyone and can only be priests because they don’t want to block specs from races.
