Faction Changing Screws Titanic Research

So on Sunday I transferred this Warlock from Alliance on Aerie Peak to Horde on Hyjal. On that transfer, both me and my partner lost Titanic Research ranks - I had 3 points in Expansive Mind (tier 2) and 3 points in Clear Sight (tier 3). After the transfer, I had only 1 point in each talent, which would be impossible to do normally because you require 3 points in a talent tier before moving on to the next.

I sent a ticket to GMs and got responded this afternoon saying that this is not something they can fix, which means we literally lost 5 Horrific Visions worth of Corrupted Mementos and this is not something that can be recovered, considering how limited is the rate for obtaining Vessels of Horrific Visions after completing the introduction.

I asked for the GM ticket to be scaled up, but in the mean time, do not faction change if you have any Titanic Research progression.

to be fair, i only transferred and the same thing happened to me. i believe it was specifically transferring that lost it for us. hopefully we get some kind of resolution cause were really behind if thats the case

my only answer would be maybe to save ur mementos and not cash in any till we get a resolution
