I had Honorbound Service Medal on my rogue before I faction changed to Alliance but they did not convert to the alliance version of them.
I am looking to get the alliance version of them back from my faction change.
Per the Support, they have 0 idea if this is normal, which is rather surprising and they said to made a bug report in the forums and get others feedback.
I figure whenever you faction change the currencies should convert to the alliance versions.
Anyone else having this issue as well?
I did a faction change yesterday on this toon specifically to have the medals transfer.
I had 151 Honorbound Service Medals and upon faction change I had zero 7th Legion Services Medals. I was trying to save myself some time farming the 750 Medals for the mount. This was literally the only reason I chose to faction change this character.
I did google it first to confirm that it should have converted properly, so either it’s bugged or the information I found is outdated/incorrect.
I did submit a ticket, too, and was told to try a UI reset. Which I knew wouldn’t help but I did anyway as that’s what the ticket response suggested.
So here I am, still missing the 151 medals. /sad panda
Edit: I just responded to my ticket and I will update with any additional info.
I got an updated response. They tried to refresh my account, unfortunately the medal’s still aren’t showing. In that instance, they referred me to the bug report forum.
