Servers having issues tonight after a 10 hour maintenance for a 0.5 patch its cringe and unprofessionnal really. Any other company wouldve communicated with the issues coming to the retail version of the game.
It’s because many people are purchasing faction transfers right now.
They work – you just have to wait in line. It is NOT instant. In fact, before you purchase, it states very clearly that it can take up to 24 hours.

Cross faction wasnt easy to put into the game and your cringe
it’s been tested and put into ptr for months now. so yes its easy. btw im at 6h30 min of waiting for this dumb faction change. Next time, blizzard should put a warning or im just not gonna sub because its wasting my time.
PTR isnt lice servers and things go wrong trying to do major things ona patch day that.took all days wasnt smart to begin with they never get anything right the first day
they did on launch of shadowlands what do you mean ??? the launch was 10 times more clean than this bulls**t. it was so clean in fact i kept all my honor and conquest from bfa and managed to never crash and get full 226 ilvl day 1
Shadowlands launch didnt have all of its coding completely revamped so maybe get a clue when it took ten hours
just saying that even tho things were bugged and there were alot of broken exploit. at least it was playable and everything went smoothly server wise
